lisp/emacs-lisp/derived.el (define-derived-mode): Declare indent 3.

Now, e.g. `indent-sexp' will produce:

    (define-derived-mode outline-mode text-mode "Outline"
      "Set ...")

instead of:

    (define-derived-mode outline-mode text-mode "Outline"
                         "Set ...")
